These terms apply to the use of kaliashades.com and online orders placed with KALIA Window Treatments. Our residential online store serves customers in the United States and Canada. Separately quoted commercial and Greater Boston full-service projects follow their own written agreements.

Your product and configuration
Please review the product, fabric and color, finished dimensions, mount, controls, accessories and quantity before ordering. Follow the measuring and installation guidance for your selected model. You are responsible for providing your measurements and confirming that your selected configuration is suitable for your window. Contact our team before ordering if you need help with a specification or installation question.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is expressly displayed. A starting or fabric reference price is not the price of every completed configuration. Review the configured product total and the items in your shopping bag. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Drapery is sold per panel where the product page states this; review the panel quantity and finished dimensions on your order.

Order changes and cancellation
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing contact@kaliatextile.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request. For a requested change, contact us as soon as possible. A change is not confirmed until our team confirms it with you. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full applicable process.

Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, shipping charges and estimated production and transit times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Review the delivery address and contact information on your order.

Returns, remakes and warranty
Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation, verified production errors or delivery damage, measuring-error assistance and the applicable limited warranties. Correctly made custom products are subject to the custom-product restrictions stated in that policy. Do not return an item without our team's instructions. These terms do not add to or replace the remedies and coverage described in that policy.

Product images and swatches
Images help you compare products and finishes. Screen settings and room lighting can affect how colors appear. Images identified as digital or AI previews are illustrations, not records of a completed customer installation or a guarantee of an exact result. We encourage you to review physical fabric swatches before choosing a color.
