- Customize the details. Select your mount, dimensions, operating system, heading or lining from that product’s available options.
- Review and order. Check each measurement, color, option and quantity. The configured price appears before you add to your bag; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

What should I prepare before asking for help?
Have your room name, window measurements, approximate number of windows and the product or fabric code you are considering. Tell us how much light and privacy you want. If you are planning drapery, include your rod or track position and desired finished look.
Can I see the fabric before ordering?
Yes. Request up to six complimentary swatches to compare at home. Our team confirms sample availability and any shipping costs before dispatch. You can also request an appointment to visit the Natick showroom.
Can you confirm a measurement through this form?
Send the exact model and all your original readings. We can discuss the measuring instructions and any missing details, but submitting the form does not itself approve a measurement or order. Wait for our team’s reply if you are unsure before purchasing.
Does submitting a request book an appointment?
No. Our team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps. Any appointment, measuring, design or installation service is arranged separately. Full service is quoted separately from online DIY products.
How do I know the total price?
