Shipping to the United States and Canada

The same shipping rates apply to online orders for shades, drapery and hardware delivered to the United States or Canada. All amounts below are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Shipping tiers are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Production and delivery

Made-to-measure production and carrier transit are separate. Contact our team for current timing for your product and destination.

Fabric sample requests

Fabric samples are complimentary and requested separately through our sample request form. Our team confirms availability, delivery details and any sample shipping charges before dispatch. No payment is collected with the request, and submitting it does not confirm a shipment.

Online orders and local services

Online product orders are for customers who measure and install their own window treatments. Measuring, design and installation services in Greater Boston are arranged and quoted separately.
